Arizona State Laboratory Announces Biosafety Improvement Plan

Nutrition Programs Approved by USDA
We received notice from the United States Department of Agriculture that the state plans for both the Arizona WIC Program and the Arizona Nutrition Network were approved for federal fiscal Year 2016. 2015 Arizona Dental Infection Prevention Collaborative a Success
In 2013 the Oklahoma State Department of Health was notified of a potential hepatitis outbreak associated with poor infection prevention practices in a dental office in Tulsa.
