Our Fit and Fifty HealthCheck program encourages and provides resources for uninsured and underinsured folks to get screened for colorectal cancer. The program is funded by the CDC and a special tobacco tax. The program is available in Maricopa, Pima and Coconino and includes access to a fecal occult blood test and colonoscopy. To use the Fit and Fifty HealthCheck Program participants need to be Arizona residents, 50 or older, uninsured or underinsured and have an income less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. You can get more information on our HealthCheck Programs brochure; Fit at Fifty HealthCheck Program Fact Sheet; and Colorectal Cancer Fact Sheet.

Great Job!
My Dad is a retired GI doctor. He would love this program for sure. He is always talking about metamucil and colonoscopies! 🙂
