Our Special Licensing shop (which licenses certified professional midwives) went live with a new Midwife Electronic Reporting Utility last week…providing a secure online application for submission and viewing of midwife reports. Our certified professional midwives can now use the electronic reporting tool and our Midwife Survey Reporting Guide to track outcomes.
The new web utility provides a secure online, password-protected application for the submission and viewing of midwifery reports. The secure online application allows the midwives to access the site from a variety of browsers and to print out the submitted report. A key benefit of the application is the front-end validation that practically eliminates the possibility for data entry errors. Although the application has been live less than a week, the licensed midwives have already submitted reports through this new user-friendly application.
