The Arizona WIC Program is continuing to support our communities during the COVID-19 outbreak. WIC staff are dedicated to helping make sure that mothers and young children have access to healthy foods, breastfeeding support, and are getting accurate information and appropriate recommendations during this public health situation.

The Arizona WIC Program is open and available for all types of appointments. To protect the health of the participants and staff, WIC appointments can be done online or by phone from home instead of coming to the clinic. Contact your local WIC clinic for more information. If you are pregnant, had a baby recently, are breastfeeding, or have children under the age of 5, WIC may be able to help if you had your work hours cut or have been laid off. Find out if you are eligible.

There are many WIC-approved foods. Talk to your local WIC clinic about food options if you are having a hard time finding what you need. You can also contact your local WIC clinic and ask for help if you have any trouble finding infant formula. Do not try to make homemade infant formula, as it is dangerous for your baby. WIC is here to help and support you during these hard times.
