Last year HB 2036, which relates to abortions in AZ, was passed and signed.  There are a host of changes that the new law makes- and many of the provisions kick in at different times.  The first things that we’re responsible for (beginning August 2^nd)  include providing an informed consent form for unemancipated minors that are seeking an abortion.  The Parental Consent Form for Pregnant (Unemancipated) Minors is on our webpage along with a more general background information including a timeline regarding various implementation dates for the law.  The next deliverable for us is to develop a website that provides information about adoption services, details about pregnancy milestones etc.  We expect to have that website up and running by mid-October.
